My Support Connection is a local, independent and registered National Disability Insurance Scheme support coordination service.

The service has been established by Pat Coidan, a Developmental Educator with many years experience working in the disability sector in both operational and policy roles.  She has extensive experience and knowledge of state government and non-government services and systems including community services, community housing and accommodation services, disability access and inclusion.

Pat most recently worked in the Exceptional Needs Unit, a state government body and had responsibility  for supporting people with their NDIS Access Requests and  transition from state funded services to the NDIS.

She also led the ENU’s development and implementation of an individualised client management system which incorporated the identification of high level goals and the development of individualised support plans for people with high and complex needs.

Pat has also undertaken study in Auslan (Australian Sign Language) and volunteers weekly assisting Deaf students  at a local TAFE.

She is a member of Developmental Educators Australia Inc. the professional association  representing Developmental Educators.

My Support Connection also engages qualified and experienced practitioners to provide Specialist Support Coordination and Support Coordination services.
